Young Chef's Competition

Rules:

  • 40 minutes to produce 2 courses for 2 people (1 plate for viewing, 1 plate for tasting).
  • Food must celebrate Yorkshire produce.
  • Must bring your ingredients with you, which means you can choose what to cook, however the total cost of ingredients must not exceed £15.
  • Should be Chef De Partie or a more junior grade.
  • The cooking sessions will take place in the large demo tent (on St Sampson's Square, in the city centre).
  • On receiving the entry form you will be given a session time allocation and final announcement information.
  • All entries will be given a mark and the winner will be announced at the end of all heats.
